I bought a wallet and after 6 months it had an issue with the leather. I contacted Dents and received a next working day reply and a new wallet was sent to me within a couple of days.

I never leave reviews but this was the most disappointing customer experience. I was told this is regarded as possibly the best glove creator.
Within less than a month of ownership of- a month of LIGHT wear- there was clear deterioration: small tear, fraying stitches and knitting, and leather discoloration.
This was really upsetting to me, I loved them so much.
Im disabled I don't make money to spend such high costs, but I took a chance trusting I would have a lasting and quality product for winters to come.
Within the first month contacted about my concerns, with images. I was told this was not expected, and asked to send the item for a quality review.
After sending the product for review, the only response I received 2 weeks later was simply a refund has been issued.
No comment on the quality concerns.
No promise that this is not their usual quality or an apology that it's winter and I'm without a glove due to a lack in quality product.
No replacement pair sent.
Just a refund, so I have to reorder without any security or trust that the next pair will be of better quality.
I sent several emails to follow up, no response.
Very hesitant to purchase another pair of your gloves given the high cost and low quality I experienced.

Placed an order on Jan 20 and was charged. Never received the order that I needed for an event. When I realized it had not been shipped and would not arrive in time, I emailed Customer Service to cancel my order and refund my money and I never received a reply. Shortly after,I got a notice that a label was created. That was SEVERAL days ago. It’s now Jan 31. So they could have canceled my order. I emailed company AGAIN with no response. I Would give 0 stars

Purchased my first pair of what I thought were premium gloves from a premium company. When the gloves arrived to my confusion, the right glove fitted but the left didn't!!??
I'm closer inspection I noticed that the leather panelling around the thumb area was almost half an inch in size difference between the two gloves, and the press stop snap closure as a result in a different location from the right love.
I sent an email across to Dents with photos, and a day or two later decided to call them.
Granted.. It's the first week after New year back at work.. but the lady said that they had a huge backlog of emails to work through.. so I gave her the order number and title of the email and asked if she could just do a search and bring it up.. "no I'm sorry I can't do that We've got a good emails that we're working through and we'll be in touch".
In the past when I've worked in customer service in various different industries when a customer calls you deal with that customer there and then you don't say to them "get back in line and wait your turn"..!!
Sorry very very disappointed, terrible quality, awful customer service.

I did research on Dents website before I ordered and nowhere any mention of production in China. European and UK customers want these luxury products made in UK / EU! And not be misguided this way, this is bad for business. I will return these gloves out of principle.

I am very disappointed with my recent order from Dentes. I purchased a glove on December 1st , and the glove was shipped to me. However, I never received any collection code or notification from Impulse, so I couldn’t pick it up.
The glove was returned to Dentes, but as of today, it has still not arrived back at the store. Because of this delay, I will not have the glove in time for Christmas, which is very frustrating.
I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication and tracking updates from Impulse has been extremely disappointing. I hope Dentes improves their process to prevent this from happening to other customers.

The stitching came undone, the material looks cheap and worn out, and it feels like it was thrown together with zero care. This is not just bad quality it’s absolutely horrible, horrible, horrible quality.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this brand at all costs. Waste of money, waste of time.

Measured my hands in accordance with their size guide. When the gloves arrived I couldn't even get my hands partly in. Then they had the gall to charge me for returning them despite pointing out that the return was their responsibility due to their inaccurate size guide.

Made in the Philippines. What a disgrace. All the polished story telling : « established in 1777 », « by appointment to her majesty », etc, all to be tricked into buying something made in Asia that I would have bought on Etsy if I knew earlier. Turns out only the « Heritage » labelled items are made in the England.
I hate them for this, both the company and the gloves. I wish I could return them and get a full refund but it’s too complicated/expensive as I live in France.
Also the gloves where delivered in an envelope, inside a transparent zipper bag. The kind of packaging I certainly did not expect but made absolute sense after the try on the glove and notice the « Made in the Philippines » tag. They do not bother. First and last time I buy anything from this brand. Awful experience.

Falsely advertising their gloves are made in Britain, when they are made in China should be a crime.
Apparently, only gloves made in Britain will have a "made in Britain" slogan on the product page, but the ones made in China don't say "Made in China" , they just don't say anything.
Their FAQ page states their gloves are made in Britain.

I recently purchased a pair of leather gloves from Dents assuming they would be British made. Inside the gloves the label said made in China. I wrote to Dents explaining the reason for my disappointment and stating that I found their marketing to be misleading. The gloves were expensive despite being manufactured in China. I would never purchase leather goods from China given their reputation for cruelty to animals, in particular dogs. Dents response refused to acknowledge that the information provided on their website does not state that all items not in the Heritage range are manufactured outside of the UK in places like China. This does not provide full information to its prospective customers.

You cannot choose to use the original GBP (the normal currency of the store) -- they just force the different currency (like EUR) and add hidden 10% price increase hoping buyers won't notice. 10%! Ordered a new pair of gloves from Dents and they arrived in a reasonable amount of time. However, despite me following their sizing guide during their order the gloves turned out to be way too large for my hand. I tried to make it work and wore them for like 10 to 15 minutes to see if I could get used to them but to no avail, decided to return them and order the smaller size.
To my incredible shock I was told I could not return them because the gloves were visibly worn. So according to customer support themselves they are selling a product that get wrecked with 10 minutes usage.
Would recommend that you stay away from them unless you can visit a physical location and try what you wish to purchase - even then, think if these business practices is what you want to support.
EDIT (December 6th): I have raised my review to 3 stars as the issue has been resolved by Dents. The gloves themselves are great but sadly I cannot give a rating that reflects that fully since if you have any issue you cannot rely on normal customer service.

I have small hands and always struggle to find women’s gloves that fit. I contacted Dents for help with finding a pair of leather gloves, as the ones I bought were too long. Within an hour, they responded with recommendations. The return process was very easy too. I do wish Dents offered an exchange option, but aside from that, their leather gloves are of excellent quality.
I recently purchased a pair of Women's Touchscreen Mid-Arm Thermal Gloves and I'm incredibly impressed. Not only do they keep my hands toasty warm in chilly weather, but the touchscreen functionality is seamless. I love being able to use my phone without having to take my gloves off. The quality is excellent, and I'm so happy with my purchase that I'd definitely consider buying them in different colors.
Diabolical service - which online company in this day & age only operate 9-5 Monday / Friday? I specifically requested next day delivery for an additional fee, only to discover DHL do not deliver weekends. Why not use Royal Mail or any other courier who delivers 7 days week? When I emailed Dents to ask why I had to wait until Monday I received an Auto email saying their office hours were 9-5pm, despite the fact it was 4pm. I subsequently spoke to someone on the phone who was not sympathetic and suggested I send them back for a full refund if I was not happy. The fact that the item is missing for a special occasion is upsetting & mind boggling. I recommend using Amazon or any other online retailer who delivers next day & offers you a choice of couriers. At their prices they should send all items next day as standard.
