Great job, wheels look like new thanks

I'd kerbed one of our 20" wheels on our 9 month old Mercedes less than 2000 miles and needless to add not exactly pleased with myself. Initial contact created an appointment in August which was useless however as soon as I telephoned this was immediately change to this week.

Piotr (Peter) came to do the job and was absolutely brilliant in finishing without a trace of any problems at all, highly delighted at such a professional approach, attitude and skill reflected in his work.

Craig Wilson attended to an alloy wheel repair to my BMW X5 M Sports on 19th June on time and made an excellent repair to the damaged rim. His professional approach and skill were of the highest standard and I would recommend his services.

The guy who came to do the job was great and has done a fantastic job. Getting a suitable appointment was a nightmare though. in the end after several failed attempts and the people in the office completely ignoring that options I sent I settled for changing my work schedule as it was easier. Not how it should be!

Technician good and job completed. However on a previous visit by another technician he sprayed the drive and left a mess.Npt impressed by the time it takes to get a date for the work and they seem to change appointments without notice. Overall not happy with the service we that we have paid for. .

Second appointment today cancelled again 0800 because Wayne off sick again been waiting 6 weeks since first appointment cancelled because Wayne off sick having waited 6 weeks for that
Been waiting since Feb 2019 for this Mercedes body care plan to do what I paid for seems I wasted my money and agents dent wizard wasting my time again

My appointment was scheduled for the 10th June and the technician (Sean) was prompt and courteous on arrival. Very professional and the work carried out to a very high standard. Hope I don’t have any more scratches but I am reassured that this service is very good and I’m so glad I took out the insurance on my new car.

Although technical (van breakdown) caused a reappointment (10 days later). The work was carried out well and the technician was great (James). Very happy.

I am giving 5 stars but I would like to provide the following feedback to the management so they can improve. Initially, the job was scheduled to be carried out on the 4th June 2019, however, the technician called me a day earlier in the afternoon to inform me that he would not make the appointment on the 4th due to unforeseen reasons. I accept that these things happen in life but what would be taken into consideration is some customers have to take a day or half day off to be available and to cancel at short notice it is not helpful.
Also, it would nice for customer service to be made aware of the cancellation and to contact the customer to re-schedule without having myself to contact them and re-book another appointment.
On positive notes, a quick appointment was arranged 3 days later. The technician, Adam was very professional and did an excellent work. All in all, a big thank you.

Excellent service from David Bissett when repairing my alloy wheel. Having scratched it, I can’t even see where scratch was. David phoned the night before to confirm arrival time and completed job in no time. Have recommended to a friend. Thanks for great service.

Excellent repair carried by James making the wheels look like new. Only 4 stars due to the long wait for the repair to be carried out.
