I’ve ordered shirts for my husband from this company, and it’s what he said he wanted for Christmas this year. It’s now officially over a month since I placed my order and the shirts are stuck on “processing”, and I’ve sent two emails with no response just hoping for an update.

I’m starting the process for a refund from my card issuer for unreceived goods this time next week if they continue to ignore me. They have over $300 of my money and I consider this truly unacceptable.

I placed an order two weeks ago for a $120 shirt. They never sent a confirmation email. I have been sending them emails simply looking for a confirmation. They do not reply. I called their phone number several times to no reply. I wrote them on social media to no reply. I'm concerned that they are defunct. One more week and I will dispute the charge. Avoid this company.

Last year I ordered a shirt from Deoveritas and after about a month I started messaging and emailing them. They said that their shirts are made in Turkey and it was delayed because of a Turkish holiday. This year I emailed constantly from month one to month three, and they never responded. I ended up getting a refund from Amex after disputing the charge. They must be either in financial troubles are going out of business. This is sad because they made great shirts.

Deo Veritas is fraudulent. They will take your credit card payment and never send you your order. Many request have been ignored.

I ordered a shirt expecting it within the promised 10-14 day delivery timeframe, but after 13 days, there was still no sign of it. When I reached out to customer service to inquire about my order, their response was incredibly vague and unhelpful. They simply brushed off my concerns with excuses about it being a custom shirt, which I obviously knew when I placed the order. To make matters worse, without any explanation, they abruptly canceled my order after two weeks of waiting, during which time the shirt hadn't even entered production. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I would caution others against using this service for unreliable delivery and poor customer support.

Ordered the shirt specifically because the website indicated it would arrive on a specified date range as I was flying out to an event. At least one month later the shirt is yet to arrive. Ended up having to buy at a local store

Shirt took twice as long to make as they promised and size was way off. I tried to return but the customer service never responds. Waste of $120

Shirt took well over a month to arrive, despite their 2 week guarantee! Measurements were well over 2 inches in most areas! Never responds to email, unless third party such as PayPal gets involved. Messaged them on 24th August and have had no response since!

PayPal won’t refund you as custom made items are not covered by their buyer protection. Credit card company won’t refund you, as Deoveritas do not include your measurements on invoices.

Save yourself the hassle and AVOID!!! SCAM of a company! Positive reviews on here are probably FAKE!!

Had a horrible issue with this company and it's extremely poor customer service. Shirt took FOREVER to get to me, over a month before I saw it.

Fit was unacceptable and when you try to use their "first shirt remake is free", they make you ship the shirt back at your expense, give you a credit (minus shipping and any discount you previously had) and make you order it again! So your out almost half the price of a shirt just for the "free remake".

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. Use Proper Cloth, WAY better service and product. You'll be way happier in the end.

Terrible customer service. They claim 14 days from order to delivery for a custom shirt and that in fact the average turnaround time is 10 days but that’s a lie. It’s been 16 days and I don’t even have a tracking number, forget a delivery date. Their phone customer service reps can’t even access your order info when you call and keep telling you someone will call you back (no one ever does). Email customer service is just as bad. I have no idea where my $100 shirt is and no one at Deo Veritas can tell me. Order # 100019450

Great quality shirt with decent delivery time. Got a remake, and though okay, the fit still needs some adjustments. Will give them another try.

One of the nicest shirts I’ve ever owned. It’s more of an enduring strong light linen. Ordered a 50% cotton 50% bamboo white dress shirt. For me I needed a white T-shirt under it and made the white pop. My next one will be light blue. I can only order one or so per month at $120. I would rather selectively order a really nice shirt with a custom fit than one that I might have to return that looks sloppy. I’m hard to fit struggled with this all my life especially with 18” biceps and a 50” chest and smaller waist.

First time I wore it was to a meeting with a charcoal gray $100 suit and wow compliments kept coming from several people. In my mind I kept thinking this is nice, OK. Next meeting wore it brown $100 suit and same thing, next time a $300 green suit, next meeting a cheap blazer someone gave me.

A good white shirt is gold!

The shipping came with no taxes due via Dhl and one only took a few days
