Amazingly fast service (ordered Saturday about noon and it arrived by 9:00 on Monday). Very communicative. And the quality and selection is fabulous. I’ve already been playing with all the different flavors. And I’m looking forward to more. I love the heavy duty resealable bags for being able to store a lot in my tiny kitchen.

Good communication and still a speedy delivery despite the 24h delay. I was informed about it and it was due to.PostNL.
The jars are lovely and were well wrapped in the parcel.
The small gift was a nice surprise too.
I haven't tried the pepper as it's for a gift so I hope it meets my expectations.

Very impressive selection of peppers and other spices! I have received my order very fast. Very happy, also about the samples - cool possibility to affordably try really rare or unique pepper types. Also the little pepper-mill is very good.

Great costumer service
I ordered two spice grinders which are great! But what I really appreciated was their customer service.
My package was delayed due to personal shortage on the carrier side, what I appreciated was that I didn’t have to message the shop to ask them for updates. They took the business on their hands and made sure I was kept up to date. Few times you get people caring after you pay and this was one of this rare occasions.
