No delivery after 2 months. Very bad customer service
This is an absolutely terrible company. I waited for about 3 months while they kept telling me to be patient. Called customer service and they said to call warehouse, without giving me a number. Then per email, warehouse said contact customer service. Finally, when Christmas passed, I cancelled it. Even then, it took them a week to just cancel it, then they ask for the IBAN. I assume by March I will get my money.
Really useless business - surprised they have not gone under. Avoid at all cost, you're better off making the knife yourself. The website delivery times are total lies. I told them to adjust it because it said 7-10 days and they said they did, but they didn't.
