Ridiculous shipping charges
All seemed normal until they provided the shipping quote which was 160 euros to ship a box the size of glasses case to Chicago. A laughable amount that was half of the cost of the item, but I had no option and I'm sure they know that. I won't be back.

My Worst experience as a trader with an Auction house.
Ok, now I a trader of vintage 60s to the 80s, and I have recently discover this Auction house, I won different items, both times they advice to use two parcels so I did so, but they always send 1 and because of it the items both times arrived damaged. First time a Aluminium lamp was posted with shelves and arrived with a dent (and we fixed) but on the second time the Poul Cadovius Lot: 3021 from the 11-04-2022
arrived all damaged because it was to heavy a massive parcel and badly protected (I was promised 2 parcels because of the volume). I contact them and send the pictures as requested they suggest that they will investigated and apologies (great) but then they just go mute.... I pity because you just lost a very good costumer and vintage dealer with your total silence.
