Wish I could give 0 stars

Wish I could give 0 stars. Completely unprofessional and unethical medical practice. My wife called me after she fainted from a biopsy at her routine appointment. I’m the emergency contact, no idea why she was the one to call me being that she had fainted and struck her head when she fell - that was my first question which no one was able to answer.

I walked in, waited for reception to tell me where to go and they actually asked “oh is she the one that passed out?” before the doctor came to take me to the back to a closed door room where she was waiting alone.

My immediate concern was my wife who was clearly concussed, and the doctor said maybe she should go get checked out.

She was diagnosed with a concussion at the emergency room and we were charged $3500 for our ER visit. My first thought was that dermatology partners should pay this bill because they were entirely to blame.

My wife was given a needle while sitting on an elevated table, fell forward into a ledge and then left alone in a room while I arrived.

When I contacted them, I was blown off for over 2 months until I involved my lawyer to which they said they would connect me with their COO who wrote a BS letter saying their policy is that they don’t pay medical bills of their patients.

In addition to taking legal action I wanted to leave a review stating the unbelievably unprofessional and unsafe behavior we observed. Highly highly suggest going anywhere else.
