Nicole at the front desk, and Michelle were the two ladies I had the pleasure of working with to get a title transfer and new registration. Nicole was so welcoming when my boyfriend and I approached the counter. We are both very unfamiliar with how the process works for what we were trying to get done. However, Nicole was so kind and helpful with the information she was able to provide. Nicole went out of her way to confirm answers, to a few questions we had, that she didn't know the answers too, when she could've easily said "I don't know" and told us to figure it out on the website just like every other DMV, or third party DMV we've gone too. She seemed genuine, intelligent, and eager to help. We only had to ask her all our questions once and she returned with an answer for everything!
Michelle was the wonderful clerk that we had the following day when we had our documents in order and ready to proceed with the process. She was honest, kind, understanding, and extremely efficient. Usually any place like this has very uninterested workers, but the atmosphere at desert title and tags was light and welcoming. Even thought I had quite a few questions, Michelle was able to multi-task while still answering every single one of our questions with kindness. I could say that my experience here was better than most restaurants where the server EXPECTS gratuity.... which I always give. These two employees know they are not getting a gratuity so they easily could have brushed me off, but instead, provided the most wonderful experience you could have at a DMV. Great job ladies!
