It's a very bad deal,
The team are very nice, but in the end they have to demand you a lot of money.
I did my website withe them but it's hacked by some one and they did not secure the website and they need more money to secure it.
No one will give you website without security.

I used Design Eminent for my new law firm's logo, which was designed by Sarah Martin. She did a great job and I am already receiving numerous compliments on it. The sales team has been very pushy on getting additional packages ASAP since Day 1, which is why I am giving 4 stars but other than that, the work has been great and the price has been very fair. I am very impressed with Sarah Martin's quality of work. She works fast, well, and is responsive. I'll keep working with her.

When I started working for the company I was so impressed with how fast they worked and the professionalism of the team when they designed my logo. Once the website design started it was absolutely terrible. Not only do they hit you with hidden fees, promise you there are no more fees, then hit you again with more but they STEAL your money and commit fraud. I asked to have the login for the website so that I could help them fix spacing errors instead of trying to explain over the phone or messaging system. I didn’t hear back after a week so I asked again and then received a notification from my bank that $350 was taken from my account from them. I immediately talked to Ferris Marven (my account leader) and was told that’s what it cost in order for me to get a login. I related that they most definitely did not have my consent to take money from my account. I was told that day (Monday) and the next (Tuesday) that the refund was processed on Monday. Tuesday I talked with Dennis Taylor who is Ferris Marven’s boss who again told us the refund was processed Monday. By Friday we talked again with Dennis who related no refund was processed but was assured that the refund would be processed after the phone call. The next Tuesday comes around with still no refund. We talk to Dennis again who assures us the refund was processed on Friday and that he will provide receipt of refund. By Thursday we have continued to not receive money that was stolen from our account. We talk to Dennis who says he will provide receipt. We eventually talk to the CEO of the company Jerry Miller who relates they do not refund money. Remind you this is money they have stolen from my account without authorization. Jerry Miller the CEO says he is doing us a favor to refund our money in a MONTH! I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone. The worst customer service I have ever received, I’ve been lied to, I’ve been stolen from, and even the CEO does not care!!

I am well pleased with my website. The professionalism and attention to detail. Although, I'm personally not aware of the time, attention and detail that goes into the work behind the scenes, my technician, Joshua worked tirelessly for me to ensure I was satisfied. I gave four instead of five stars because I wanted the page quicker than could be delivered, although I was provided the proper delivery date upfront.

I just finished my project with Design Eminent yesterday and I have to say I am very pleased ! As soon as you sign up with them they assign you a particular contact. I was assigned to Jay Barry and he is amazing!, we went back and forth multiple times because I am very picky and that is why I got the packet that allowed as many corrections as I need and I am happy I did. Jay answered my messages the same day ! and had the fix done in no more than 2 days, sometimes the same day. Thank you to the crew and great job !

Design Eminent employees helped me every step of the way from the moment I entered the site. Once I placed my order my project manager Sarah Martin kept me updated daily and made sure my requested adjustments were correct. Files with the logo was delivered as requested. Sarah Martin was great 👍.

Ian from designeminent was very easy to work with and was able to navigate me through the logo process very quickly and was very friendly. I would recommend him to any person looking have a logo design.

I Paid for my logo design package, but they would not release it to me. They said I needed to pay an additional $399 for the file. After 45 minutes on the phone with various supervisors, I was told they would release my logo immediately, but never did. Designutility, Designproficient and Designeminent are the same company. As for someone who is thinking about getting work done, STAY AWAY as they will LIE and scam you into paying more AND you will NEVER receive the product you initially paid for. Consider yourself warned.
