I recently found this website and was going to order quite a few items. I had to return one item. Initially, I was charged for the postage in my order. When I received my return, the postage was not refunded and I had paid the return postage, so I paid twice for this order. Its only £3.99 x 2 but its the principle behind it. Be aware that you will be paying twice for postage if you have to rerun an item.
