My first purchase with this company and it didn't go to plan. First helmet had flaws in the checker design, very easy to spot so I've no idea at all why it got past the manufacturer's quality control, even DesignerHelments had spotted the flaw as I'd spoken with them to have them replace the lid. Why the heck didn't they just email me and return it to the supplier??? So annoyed! Then they wanted me to take it to the nearest shop to have it sent back to them, I said no way, you must do the leg work and get the courier to pick it up. By the way, don't call DesignerHelmets phone number begging with 08 it's a Premium Number... So it cost me about £2 to call them to rectify an issue of theirs. More annoyance!! In the end after over a week from start to finish I received a helmet that was excellent. Shame it wasn't like that the first time..

Dispatch and delivery was very quick, however upon receiving the items there was an issue, this was sorted very quickly by Joseph, not being very tech savvy I was worried but he made the process straight forward and painless. Overall very happy.

I was looking for a clear visor for my Bell Custom helmet, which comes supplied with a tinted visor. After a fairly extensive search on the interweb, which came up with either overpriced goods or a sold out sign, I came across Designer Helmets. Their pricing was fair, and it came with free delivery. Bonus! Order arrived a day early by UPS, well packaged and exactly as described. Wouldn't hesitate to use Designer Helmets again.

I searched hard to find this helmet, was sold out everywhere and I was very pleased when I came across with your organization saying that the helmet could be delivered in 5 days.
Not truth, the helmet was not available, was also sold out.
So, you should be more careful advertising your products, and controlling your stock.
I feel strange that you made a debit on my credit card not having the product in stock , not fair trading.
Because I was purchasing this product in pounds and I'm in Europe €, I paid commission that will not be refundable .

Helpful if you could inform me of delivery time

Just bought a momo open faced helmet for my scooter, found them extremely competitive, both price and range wise, excellent communications and efficient delivery in a double cardboard box with-lots of bubble wrap. Would highly recommend and would use again Thank you.
