I bought a paire of Versace sunglasses from designerseven.com and I was very pleased with my purchase. The glasses had everything, a Versace case, a cloth, papers, authenticity certificate and a gift box. The shipping was very fast. I received it 2 days after I placed my order.

I have purchased a pair of shoes but they were two sizes bigger that I wear (not mentioning that the colour was not exactly the same as on the picture). The same day I contacted the seller and reported my problem. They told me that I could send them back for a refund. I have received an authorisation number and have sent them back as was instructed on October 29, 2011(I have a copy of my receipt from my Post office). The seller does not want to send me a refund claiming that they did not receive the item.
