We highly recommend Alex and Tower Residential Design. From the initial contact to the site visit, Alex was professional, prompt, and exceptionally efficient, arriving exactly on time. He meticulously documented the property to ensure the planning application design was accurate. The quality of the work is fantastic, and we greatly appreciate the transparency and lack of hidden charges. Working with Alex has been an amazing and positive experience.

Alex did the designs for my planning application. I had a clear vision of what I needed, and he followed this to a tee, providing a measured survey, existing drawings and proposed drawings which were passed by planning. His rates were substantially less compared to the ££££'s quoted from another architect. Will definitely use him again. He also made some minor changes without charge.

Having used designtrc.com (Alex) for a kitchen extension I was very pleased with his work.

His drawing turn around time was very impressive too, he would always turn around any changes very swiftly. Once we were happy he submitted all the necessary details to the local council and the extension was approved 1st time.
