This is the WORST account/brand ever!!!
I spent a LOT of money with this team. Ordered a LOT of items. I received 2 things (after having waited a very long time) and when it came to recieving the rest (there was LOADS more to receive) it suddenly couldn’t be sent as it wouldn’t recognize my address even though two had gone to the address perfectly. I have tried for 2 months now to get hold of them, and they ignore my messages. Do NOT trust them. This was for a collab. But I think they’ll still do you like this even if you just want to purchase items.
They have made it so I don’t trust ANY online websites anymore. I’ve lost out on lots of money and I hope no body else makes this mistake.

The most money wasting website they wanted to collab with me Saying that they love my instagram then I agreed to do a collaboration with them and they were not even bothered at least to put me on their story at least and not only that but a pair of trousers are 30 and it’s China made quality you can get them from eBay with maximum£10 waste of my money and time BE AWARE!! They dont care about COLLAB They just Want you to buy from them disgrace ! Never never buy from them again !!

One star only because zero star was not an option. I ordered in July. Never received my items. I emailed 4 times and contact on IG because they reached out to me to do some “brand ambassador” modeling as well and gave a promo code. They refuse to answer my now 5 emails, I have direct messaged on IG 4 times then they BLOCKED my account. So I commented on their direct page and talked with other girls, they DELETED all my comments about not responding and my request for a refund. I filed a complaint with the e-commerce.gov and I emailed them and bc myself as proof. Will need to follow up with my bank but NEVER BUY from these people they steal your money and you get nothing.

DON’T ORDER, Very bad quality product. Don’t buy from them, they are sending decent quality products to people that promote their brands but to the other people that buy their products they send something completely different and of terrible quality. What I think they are doing is drop shipping from Wish. And their costumer service is trash I never got a refund

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here my order took just under 3 months to arrive. When it arrived it didn’t fit so I tried to contact them to send it back, I messaged a number of times on different platforms but they keep ignoring me this has been going on since January when I placed the order. Not happy.

BE WARNED:
My daughter ordered a sweatshirt from this company which arrived but it was too small. The return policy states you need to email their customer service for the returns address and you need to return within 30days. However, the company has not answered any emails, which my daughter sent and I also followed this up and again no response so we have not been able to return the goods within the allotted timeframe.

I have spoken with trading standards who have logged the complaint but because there is no address for the company it is unlikely that we will get our money back.

It is a website that teen age girls will use and will not think about returns policy.

I hope this warning with prevent others from experiencing similar issues to ourselves.

NO NO NO. Biggest mistake. I ordered an outfit from Oh Desire on january 23rd. They reached out to me through instagram and that tends to happen a lot and the clithes are usually pretty legit. I ordered from OhDesire for this concert um going to thats on march 1st. I ordered a two peice. A Strapless top and a skirt. And then it said it came with a free gift. I got a text saying that my necklace had shipped. And i recieve the confirmation code and all on january 29th. A week goes by and then on February 4th i messaged their instagram account, asking typically how long does it take till i will receive what i ordered, and they responded back with 8-15 business days well it’s February 15th and i have still not recieved my clothes. I am livid, and absolutely will never order from them ever again. I better get my clothes too. I do not care about quality or whatever, i better be recieving what i ordered. Do not order from this website its all a big scam. As well as the number that messaged me is a Batson, Texas number.Completely rude.

Bait and switch items. My daughter got a pair of shorts on here (we are in the United States) The company says they are in the UK, the package came from china!
The shorts were a different color pink, not as cute as the website, the fabric,color and style was different and felt very cheap, like dollar store quality. The fake "tie/bow" on the waist just fell off the same day! My daughter said,"wow these are cheap". I would never order from this site again!!! $17 for dollar store shorts! I got ripped off and I am not spending any more $ to ship these back!!! BEWARE if you order from here.The pictures they have on their website is not what you will get, You will get a CHEAP Chinese version of the item that will just fall apart. Don't say I didn't warn you!

I made an order of about £50 over a month ago for my daughters birthday and have heard nothing since, have tried to contact them about a refund via email, Facebook, messenger etc but no response at all so next step is to contact my bank I guess, my daughters gutted as she really liked the look of the clothes and a friend of hers had no trouble with the company at all, so I guess it’s pot luck as to the service you receive - be warned!

I made 2 orders because this company reached out to me to do some modeling on Instagram (@kaynwebby 😉) The first order arrived and the quality was questionable. You can tell it was very cheaply made. The second order is completely MIA. I’ve reached it to them multiple times through email and Instagram but have not received any response. It’s been over a month now. My recommendation? Save your money. And don’t fall for their “be an ambassador” BS.

Placed an order March 19th. 7-15days the site said. I've sent e-mails yesterday and the day prior. No response. Today is day 23.
So far I'm very disappointed. We had wonderful experiences with Gracie and with Ivory Ella. Thought this company would be fine. Won't shop here again.
It's now April 25th. Last week one shirt arrived (and it runs much smaller) but haven't received the other two items. Oh by the way, the package came direct from China.

I’ve ordered stuff over a month ago and still yet have not gotten anything, I want my clothes. My dad got a email saying order has been sent and it’s being processed and still don’t have it. I’m disappointed.

I am very disappointed with this company. I placed an order on 12/25/17 and order has not been fulfilled. I have tried contacting them and no response. No number to call. Just email. Not happy at all. I really wish I would have researched before purchasing.

I got stuff for my girlfriend from this site and they were way smaller than expected...I would recommend buying a size up...and it took FOREVER to get to my house

Is desireclothing.uk still active? If yes what is their new site name. I love their cloth.

Ordered stuff back in November. Still haven't received it. Its January. Sent numerous emails and receive be patient. I want my shipping charge refunded. Pay $10 for 7-15 day shipping. Its been over a month and a half. No order yet.

I bought a few items from desired clothing early December and up to now my parcel has not arrived.I have followed up with them several times and they simply ignore my e-mails. Utterly dissapointed in their customer service.

The clothes are lovely ive ordered off here loads and never had any problems x

Tried to contact the customerservice 3 times, without any reply at all.
