Will lie for likes

Her Threads bio says "unfiltered nonsense" and she certainly lived up to that. I discharged Desirae's services for her lack of knowledge about tax strategy (a key reason I hired her and one of her selling points). She was not familiar with any of the strategies I asked her about and had to go research them all, then failed to provide a strategy plan on the day of my strategy call with her and the TWO subsequent, SELF-imposed deadlines she gave me. In the end, she never did provide her "research" (just a basic plan that I had to pull teeth to get), tried to end the engagement immediately without fulfilling her outstanding obligations until I reminded her that I paid for an entire month of service, and she was defensive in her responses to my discharging her services. To my surprise after ultimately ending things amicably and coming to an understanding about what I was owed, my algorithm shows me that she used a portion of my experience with her to lie for likes on Threads about why I canceled her services. She lied about me not accepting her advice to change my retirement account contribution source. When the truth is that I actually implemented her advice immediately b/c it wasn't a big deal to do so. Who gripes over what bank account a retirement contribution is made from? But let her tell it, she lost a client b/c they wouldn't follow her advice. Lies.

The real reason for her "lost prospect" was very clearly outlined in the discharge email I sent her stating that her tax planning knowledge left a lot to be desired and she missed THREE deadlines. If her need for social media validation weren't so high, I would've kept my feelings about her high turnover, inexperienced staff, and lacking tax knowledge, to myself...but now I need to make it known everywhere possible. Instead of wasting precious time like I did, find a mature tax pro equipped with solid client relations experience, who can fall short and not blame the client, who doesn't use former clients for fake social media content, and who understands that EA ethics complaint filings with the IRS are a real consequence of such behavior.
