Ordered from Destino Farms and after over a week, USPS tracking still shows “Label Created – USPS Awaiting Item.” The company repeatedly claimed the package was dropped off but never provided proof, and USPS confirmed they have not received it and only a label was created. Promised follow-ups never happened, and communication stopped heading into the weekend making it be over a week since I ordered and a shipping label was created but no package has ever been dropped off despite them claiming that all packages are shipped by 2:00 p.m. the same day they are ordered! Be cautious if you are ordering from this company as you may never see the product and have to go through disputing with your bank like I am.
