Emma O’Reilly was fantastic. She really listened to what we were looking for and found us what looks like a gorgeous holiday, all within our budget.

The only thing I would suggest for the overall service is the option to accept American Express payments, as this would have made the booking process even smoother.

Overall, a 5-star experience and a big thank you to Emma for her help.

I requested a quote for a specific cruise that was advertised. Caroline kindly obliged but I then realised that the date was unsuitable. I requested a quote for a later date and found it satisfactory and she called back for me to make the booking.
At the beginning of our call it was not mentioned that the cruise we requested was no longer available. Caroline did reel off the ports of call but didn’t specifically say that this was not the original itinerary that I had requested.
It was not until I had paid the deposit and enquired about the times onshore at each port that it came to my attention that the two main ports of interest were no longer on this itinerary, in fact it was a completely different cruise.
I am very disappointed, and made Caroline aware. She offered £100 compensation, which I accepted as could not find another holiday in our time frame.
This cruise is still showing as being available on both the Destinology and Explorer Journeys website.
I find this poor customer support and will definitely think twice before recommending Destinology to friends and family

Emma O'Reilly was superb at supporting our search for a great new holiday destination. We have been to Greece, Turkey, Mauritius and even Barbados, and this year wanted to go somewhere new again. We settled on Montenegro, and with Emma's help (which included calling up the hotels and asking them about their Live music / beach clubs) have found what we hope will be the perfect combination of rest and action! We booked our recent holiday with Destinology, as well as our Honeymoon a few years ago. Both times we were lucky enough to deal with Claire. She has been so helpful both times in making sure we got exactly the trip we wanted. Her advice and knowledge have been so valuable, in particular when recent world events meant our plans had to change at relatively late notice, Claire went out of her way to ensure we still had a fantastic break. We would definitely recommend Destinology and book with them again.

We booked our holiday through Emma O’Reilly at Destinology. Our original holiday to Mauritius had to be cancelled due to issues in UAE. When we were ready to rebook Emma was brilliant. I am very picky and have a lot of questions. Nothing was ever too much for Emma. She was patient and gave excellent advice. She’s also great at understanding your needs. We are travelling with 3 kids and her proposals always include consideration of flights times and hotel locations. We have booked all our family holidays with destinology and have no complaints.

I have previously booked a cruise with Destinology and had a great experience through the whole process. I was looking at cruises for July 26 and came across a really good deal on Seven Seas Splendour. I contacted Destinology and spoke to the TA Maura, she was extremely knowledgeable about the product and listened to my requirements. Within a couple of hours we were booked on the cruise with transfers, pre and post cruise hotels and flights arranged. Maura made the booking experience effortless and filled me with the confidence that should I have any further queries she was only a phone call away to support my requirements. 5 star service!!
