Earlier this year after numerous unsuccessful attempts to remove moles from my garden I purchased a Le Detaupeur device and had success at my very first attempt. Whenever any moles reappeared I used the device with 100% effectiveness but unfortunately 1 week ago I dropped the device and broke off the red/green LED light. I was advised to purchase a returns box for 1 euro from their website - this arrived the next day so I immediately sent off my broken device along with a cheque for 17 euros in the post paid box.
I have now received a brand new replacement less than 1 week after my initial contact and am extremely pleased with the excellent customers service from LeDetauper
