I have had Additional Dental Insurance with DFV since 2 years, and just had my first invoice reimbursed very quickly. 2400 EUR+ crown and part crown reimbursed within a week. Excellent service as any insurance should provide. Happy to continue being your client.

I signed up for the Health Insurance for my pet dog, the enrollment process was very smooth and quick. The best part was when my dog had a treatment, I just uploaded the invoice in the DFV app and the reimbursement was processed in 2 working days. I am very happy and satisfied with the service.
