I was gifted a mini file cabinet and the small metal rails that the hanging folders hang on were missing. I reached out to the company to purchase the rails and pay for shipping and they stated that without an order#, there is no warranty and they do not ship parts due to costs from China. I have one of their products and have requested to pay for a part AND shipping and they refused to help me. I don't understand this at all, as they market "customer services" as their main goal.

We ordered two of their 1-drawer single mobile cabinets. Upon delivery, we noticed that two small parts were missing. We reached out to their customer service, and they promptly resolved the issue by shipping the missing parts immediately. The material offers good value for the price. We appreciate their quick response and excellent service. Will buy again.

Bought a cabinet. Started to put together and middle board to short. Can not replace middle board. Only option is to get half money back. They will rip you off. Amazon needs to get rid of this company. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

They send broken and damaged furniture and they refuse to return the product. To return the product, they ask you to purchase another item and they also offer you money to leave positive reviews. The seller is a scammer!!!

Never trust them. Bought a recliner for my 99 years mother for Christmas they only shipped half of the chair. Many emails I sent no response. They do not have any phone number in their site for customer service. I will report them to BBB.

We purchased 2 of these chairs. One for me (medically necessary) One for my husband. Once we received them both we assembled them with no problem. My husband likes his and is happy with it. However I need something more sturdy and longer for medical reasons. We immediately contacted the seller Devaise. They were quick to deny the return or refund. In fact they offered me $50 to keep the product. I paid $558. Amazon CSR told me that AMAZON would not allow their customers to be treated that way. In fact they said that they were going to file a complaint against the seller to have them removed from Amazon.
Amazon CSR then told me they would be expediting my return and taking care of me themselves by issuing me a refund once I shipped the item back to the seller and showed them proof of shipment. This meant I was responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs $406 (ground) that's obviously more than half the amount of the original cost. So when I called Amazon back and explained the absurd amount of shipping costs, they put me on the line with a supervisor. This supervisor agreed that the amount of shipping was not worth the return. He then advised me to KEEP the chair and clearly STATED Amazon had my back and there would be a full refund of $602 (total cost of chair) within 5-7 business days. That was on April 5th 2021. Today is April 26, 2021. I've not only received ZERO MONEY BACK but I'm now stuck with a chair that I can not use. Amazon now says I have to deal with the seller. Who by the way has NEVER returned any calls or emails after the initial request for refund. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER DEVAISE for any reason or product. They have absolutely no accountability and OBVIOUSLY their concern for customer service is zero to None. I have obviously learned not to make any future LARGE purchases through AMAZON as well. In a time in life where people are hurting and suffering the financial blows due to a PANDEMIC DEVAISE has FAILED as well AMAZON.

The quality of the super good cabinet, the weight is very heavy, the packaging is very good, the four corners are fixed with things. The appearance is simple and beautiful, the white is specially matched with my home, the two keys are arranged, the switch is set to three cabinets, and some important documents and valuable items can be placed safely.
