Theres no service from Devialet
Theres no service from Devialet, amp pops when shutting off, hissing noise when volume turned up, low power output from amps.. its everything else in your system thats the problem, Devialet is perfect..is the load of crap they tell you. a lot of Dealers, audio stores are dropping the line due to factory sales? The worst service ive never gotten. I can t recommend Devialet.. All the hype has withered to ... nothing.

Devialet Phantom dies 1 after another - 3 units owned.
Warranty program from previously 1 for 1 exchange has been changed to repairs only from Jan 2023.
Case is Open with Devialet France on 27 Mar 2023 and will update here on the CS once I get my devialet back.

Thanks Johnny of the service team. He helped solve my problem about my earphone perfectly via phone call and email. It was a perfect customer services experience.
Horrible customer service / accomodation
I spent $3k on a Phantom speaker. It never worked properly from day 1 -- it was unable to connect via BT to my Pixel phone. It took almost 6 months of waiting for them to find a fix. Engaging with customer service was frustrating from the get go - multiple time zones away and vague replies. Then, to add insult to injury, the speaker failed after I performed a prompted update via the Devialet app. As soon as I did this, the hardware failed, I was out of warranty and that was that. No accommodation or interest in attempting to resolve my issue other than allowing me to 'upgrade' to a new speaker for almost $2k. What a joke. I am now sending my speaker, accessories (tri pod and carrying case) to the dumpster for recycling. This has been the most infuriating experience I have ever encountered as a customer of a so called premium brand. Lesson learned...as furious as I am, it's time to move on.

Thank you so much Tee for the quick response to my queries and helping me to enjoy the great sounds again. Unbeatable sound quality as always.

Unbeatable CS quality; Attractive replacement option
5 years ago, I bought my Silver Phantom which does not response recently. Elaine (Customer service & support Team) offers me a replacement option with a price that I cannot decline. She guided me through the logistics (p.s. UPS website portal contains bugs and I called UPS hotline in order to arrange product pickup. I spent more than 30 mins on placing the logistics instruction. ), payment process and follow up calls & emails in great patience and detail. Elaine's high CS standard reinforces my right choice on Devialet products. I trust Devialet posses a solid and loyal customer base and I am one of them.

Excellent services. I bought my devialet in Singapore, found defective of the optical port after moving to Hong Kong. I lost the invoice that required to verify the warranty. Singapore sales is very helpful ti help to coordinate to retrieve the invoice for the HK CS team. Good quality product and good after sales CS services
Sending the speaker in for repair
The repair of the Reactor speaker went well and faster than if it had been done at any service center in Slovakia. Communication with support was also ok.
Phantom repair
My Phantom Silver came back as new after about one week of repairment and I’m very satisfied with the service

HK sales Willie Tsoi has been very kind and supportive since my first purchase, I’ve bought 1 Phamtom 2 and 2 Phamtom 1 with him - great guy.

Great product and design when it is…
Great product and design when it is functioning
But when it is not, the customer care ( since May 2022 when I m communicating with them ) is the worst.
Other brands give better service and customer care than them.
I have an issue with DIONE: neither the HDMI nor wireless are working correctly, and despite the numerous calls I had to make to reach them, they always come up with an excuse and take us, the client, to an amateur level. So it is insulting in the end. Not to mention the update, testing new cable, blaming my wifi, or anything the fault is not theirs, they refuse to admit there is a default on it. IT did not work with the tv ( 2021 model) or projector 2022 model!
After numerous calls, emails, and a fair proposal for them to take back the dione and exchange it for a new one ( as it is still under warranty), they don't want to take responsibility. SO I believe there are plenty of good sound bars on the market, don't waste your money and time on that one, even if the design is superb... just go for other brands at least you will save your time, headaches, and money.

Simple/easy return
Purchased a pair of phantom 1 and a controller. Realized I didn’t need the controller, return was simple and they kept me informed the whole time. And the phantoms kick ass!

It's only a minor issue but you asked me to be honest so here I am.
I have recently purchased a pair of Pahntom 1, paid by BACS (bank transfer) and was unsure if payment has reached Devialet so I emailed them via official Devialet website for confirmation of my payment.
System said they will get back to me in 72h, Devialet Customer Service did get back to me but only more than a week after, actually one day later than UPS took to deliver my purchased items (to Lithuania).
Other than that I am super happy with the products and service Devialet provide.
