SAM profile missing.

I asked the support team about a SAM profiles, and they give me prompte answer, that the producuer of the speaker brand is responsible for this . And now, after several month they contact me to tell me that the producer have the profile ready.

Great product, great support, great team! Congratulations Devialet!

I had a complex issue with my Devialet products (Phantoms), as they were damaged during transport by the delivery company. It was a private buy and the shipment company was extremely negligent. Apparently Deutsche Post in Germany is using the DHL logo and misleads the customers. DHL denies any responsibility. Although the package was insured they did not compensate the damage. I have sued them but they have used legal tricks to avoid responsibility, so I have lost the trial with them. Incredible!
However, the Devialet team was extremely supportive, understood the problem and found solutions to enable me to have a functional product. Thanks a lot to Devialet support & technical team for the professional support and for the offered solutions.
Moreover, the Devialet Phantom product, is excellent from both hardware and software perspective and continuously evolving towards improvement, meeting customer needs and simplicity in usage.

Fantastic sounding speakers with the…

I upgraded the speakers from 2 to 4 stars, in the beginining the firmware on the speakers nearly drove me demented, however after 2 software updates things have much improved and i am starting to enjoy and be awed by the beautiful sound and asthetic of these wonderful pieces of art.

Fantastic sounding speakers with the most frustrating firmware. The firmware completely ruins the experience.Also, Devialet bluetooth seems to be incompatible with Sony bluetooth which is disgraceful.

Amazing customer service

Marie-Paul has handled twice my request with efficiency and professionalism. I was not expecting less from Devialet Customer service but it is always with great pleasure that you see companies taking great care of their customer.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I own many Devialet products including their signature hi end hi fi amp. Their sound is only surpassed by the customer support I’ve received. Every question answered and every problem solved. Thanks Solene and Sebastian for all your expertise

Great speakers and customer service

Great speakers, the sound is amazing. When pairing to stereo I had some issues because of missing software update. But Shai from customer service was absolutely professional and friendly.
So, five stars to Devialet.

I need to warn everybody about this…

Update: 9 months of devialet finding a solution, now their way of solving this is to send me a pink ethernet cable (super ugly) and because it works with the cable, I am now not eligable for furhter support even though I want to use the speaker via wifi.

I need to warn everybody about this company!
I own a Devialet Phantom II since late 2020 and have only had problems. Connectivity issues, stuttering speakers, weak build quality, volume changes itself all the time to the point where my neighbors called the police. I have contacted the support about 100 times already with my issues. The support takes approximately 1 week to send an answer which is completely unhelpful and only aims to the customer giving up because of the weak solutions. I have been offered a replacement speaker when I told the support supervisor I will file a lawsuit against Devialet. I then received a B-Ware product with a poor build quality and tremendously worse sound. This company is extremely shady even if the instagram page and their website presentation look like a serious company, but they arent. I am currently filing a lawsuit since the legal department of this company refuses to assist me. Please dear people if you want a premium sound setup step far away from this company and get a Cabasse, KEF or Sonos set up. If you want to have fun and just enjoy your music this company is wrong for you. If you want a lot of trouble for a nice looking speaker then buy a Devialet. Thats all I can say about this company. Extremely disappointed.

Firmware upgrading and OS migration

Firmware upgrading and OS migration could be a nightmare to someone like me, scared of turning the valuable hifi into a piece of brick! I have a Phantom I and recently noticed that my android phone app, Devialet, does not support an online upgrade of the firmware and the new second generation OS. I called the customer service, hoping to obtain some sort of instruction manual only. It turned out that I was led, almost like hand-in-hand, during the whole upgrading process. Instructions and advice were clear, thoughtful (I was reminded to check whether the electrical plug was secure or not) and professional. Afterwards, I have also received follow-up emails to check on the well-being of the upgraded system. This is what I call premium customer service! Well done, Devialet CS team (Hong Kong Section), and special thanks to the lady who helped me through!

Fantastic Customer Service

Great experience with Devialet customer service. They were quick, responded even on weekends, and provided top-notch support. Shout out to Elisha for being a stellar rep! I was a grouchy when I initially corresponded with her, but she maintained her professionalism. She also went out of her way to ping me after I forget to follow up with my service request. It doesn't get better than that.
