I have ordered twice now from Devilnight.co.uk. They have outstanding customer service. Devilnight.co.uk monitor the parcel right up to delivery and keep in touch with you to make sure it is delivered ok. Postage time is pretty good. Dispatch appears to be from China but doesn’t seem to take as long as I have experienced before to deliver to Australia. I was pretty happy with value for money for price versus product quality and the designs are lovely. Sizing guide on the website was pretty spot on too. Only improvement I would recommend is a more mobile phone friendly website. They are now my number one site to go to for steampunk clothing

Had made an order on 11 December, which I then received a reply to this item being out of stock. So I then asked politely for a refund asap. They asked me the stupid question of if I want it in a smaller size - have never been asked this by anyone before !!! I said no I want my money back. Then they asked if I want it back as store credit. Again I said no and want it back into my bank account. They are very ignorant, and do not listen to anything I have to say. They keep telling me to wait and give me excuses. It’s now 17 days later, and they now refuse to even reply to any emails I send. I still do not have my refund !!! I am now involving the police and the trading standards team to resolve this issue for me and have the arrested for theft and fraud and deceit !! I would avoid this company at all costs and keep your money as they are scammers / con-men. It is disgusting what they are doing to vulnerable people.

I ordered a men's shirt and a dress for my wife. My wife loved the dress. Everything that i saw on the site is well woth the money

Excellent service told everything that was going on from the start. I did express delivery and it took a week to arrive which is great. The velvet dress I received is excellent quality and exactly as pictured. Quite long, but that's on me as I'm very short. Will definitely use them again.

I bought the Lolita Petticoat for my daughter and she's really happy with it as it enhances the shape of her Lolita skirts. It fits well and the fabric isn't scratchy like many other net petticoats.

I hadn't heard of this company before, and was looking for something Gothic style for my grand daughter for Christmas. I was amazed at the selection of items. I only chose a choker for her, but was very pleased with my purchase, and am sure I will be treating her to something else for her birthday.

I purchased the Black and Gold Pattern Mesh Gorgeous Gothic Medieval Dress and could not be more pleased. The shipping time was quick and the posted size chart was very helpful. The dress material has some flexibility which is great because I was worried it would be too tight.

Having read the other 1* reviews my experience went exactly the same as most of these they are an awful company to deal with I just opened a case with PayPal and got my money back that way

Another good order. I accidentally ordered the incorrect size and I emailed them after I placed the order to request a size change and they did that for me no problem which I appreciated.

The clothing is surprisingly good quality and the delivery is fast with no extra fees (taxes). Customer service is really good, they keep you updated about your delivery at every step. Highly recommended. Will order again!

I ordered c010020b and LG-0090 as a costume for Comic Con, and I was very impressed, got loads of compliments. Very helpful team as I accidently ordered the wrong size for the skirt, I realized a day or 2 after purchasing, gave them a message and they where very quick to reply and change the size, to with I am very grateful.
The price is worth what you get, the fabric, sewing and detail is immaculate.
Defiantly use the measuring guide to get the prefect fit! I ordered a size L for the skirt, size S for the blouse and I'm a UK size 8 to 10, the where both an excellent fit.
Couldn't be more happy, I felt so comfortable and absolutely loved the look!
