Fast and professional
Despite all the enraged comments here, I had a great experience with DEVK.
I signed up for their motorbike insurance and had to change the start date. I called and got someone on the phone immediately. They were friendly and professional und solved my issue.

Very unreliable service
Very unreliable service! I cannot get hold of them for weeks even though I am paying for their services. They cannot provide clear answers to my questions. They tell me they will call back to clarify... most of the time they don’t call back. Very unprofessional and unreliable as I said. There is a reason they have such a low score! I am quitting their service and never going back!
