very fast delivery was well packaged has the best instructions I have ever seen .I waited 3months to see how well product it was a dehumidifier and its the best I have ever bought it does not use to much power my only complaint is that when emptying its a little bit tight to remove otherwise no complaints

Good compact humidifier
Well have to say I brought 12lt one. It's a brilliant compact humidifier. Downside it is a lot nosier than I can sleep though.

Filters. Damaged pack !
Selecting product - twin pack of filters, ordering product, pay and confirmation all excellent. However, delivery was a concerning. The pack was damaged: looked thrown around and squashed.
I am unhappy about this and will think twice about ordering from you again

The only issue is that I had previously purchased an identical Devola in white from Amazon in November 2023, and it ceased functioning after two years and three months. This suggests that a replacement may be required approximately every two years.
