I'm 43 years of age & I been looking in my 40s & people were noticing I was looking in my 40s. Since taking Dewtybeauty most people tell me that I don't look in my 40s & someone told me that he thought I was 32 & he wasn't just saying that to be polite, he actually thought I was in my early 30s.

I have been buying the glow sticks for a few months. Flavourful isn't great but it's palatable. The results have been good, skin is less dry and very glowy. Great customer service. I asked to hold a few months as I slacked off a bit with taking them, so had surplus. I was worried they would still send them anyway and charge me, but they didn't. Great all round!

I was a bit sceptical about taking the Dewty sachets, but I shouldn't have been.
They are great tasting and the customer service team have been fab.
My hair has grown around 4 inches in 6 months and it is much thicker at the back, as I have very fine, fragile hair.
My skin looks amazing, I am 54 and I have been told recently I look in my 30's!
Wonderful stuff! I take it every morning now, and I'm a very happy bunny. 🐰

I ordered Dewty and was told my package was delivered (it wasnt) reached out and didn’t hear anything, then I asked to cancel my subscription (which is not great because you have to email them to cancel and can’t simply cancel), within 60 minutes I had an email responding to me from my first email. I asked to put my subscription on hold until I received the first package (that the said they would resend “for free”), not heard back.

I’m sure they’re still ironing out the kinks to their business and customer service issues, but I wouldn’t recommend until that’s sorted.

I’ll simply be cancelling via my credit card

Delicious tasting drink. Easy to make and convenient little pouches for travelling. Really helps with my hair and nail strength. Great communication from Dewty, regular updates regarding your order. Really pleased with all aspects of Dewty.

Guys you do need to work on the taste and form of your product..
The actual taste is quite unpleasant, it also leaves an aftertaste, so i am usually trying to take it before a meal.
Also because it comes in form of powder you can't just have it on the go or take it alongside another drink (which i was doing with liquid collagen from other brands).
So basically in order to take is i need to have a glass of water at hand AND eat something afterwards to get rid of the taste. This is all quite restricting, and some days i end up skipping it, which obviously reduces the efficiency of the product. Still willing to give it a further try though, see if it works.

It would be great if you could improve the taste of the product or produce it in capsules/ liquid form.

Another thing is, it is really inconvenient that i can't make changes to my subscription online (for example, to skip or move a delivery date). Instead, i need to contact Customer Care every time.

I started using this product just over a year ago and I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised. After a few weeks of taking the drinks there was a noticeable glow to my skin. I'm 63 years old and have been told many times that I look very well for my age (which isn't 'old' 😊. I am a very happy customer and will continue to use Dewtybeauty. I highly recommend you give it a try.

I cannot comment on the efficacy of the product as I can't even get it down me the flavour is so disgusting. I've tried it in water, juice, and smoothies; so far, all I can taste is artificial flavouring and stevia. I wish they would have a flavour-free version that I could add to a smoothie without the flavouring overwhelming everything. I'm usually good at taking anything that is good for me. I will try and persevere but this will definitely be the last time I purchase from them. A money back offer would also be good.

Terrible experience.
I have a subscription for more than a year then suddenly received very different and suspicious content sashes. I’ve reported it and wanted to claim the original sashes orders back but never happened. I have asked for replacement of the order but never received one. After cancelling my subscription I’ve been promised a replacement of my last faulty product order. Never received a replacement nighter refund. Extremely disappointed. Be aware the content does never look the same as the advertised image, it does not taste as apricot any more. How effective and what’s the quality is the collagen content I have very big concerns about.

I’ve been taking Dewty for around 4 months now and my skin has been really great. I usually get hormonal acne around my chin and jawline which has been much more settled this year! I do also drink prescription herbal teas do this so it may be the combination of both which is helping my skin. I love the packaging and how it can go into the recycling straight away. Overall, very happy with this product!

No response to requests to cancel subscription despite what it says on their website. Avoid.

I have tried to cancel my subscription multiple times however am still being charged and sent packages. I can see other people have also had this issue. I have spoken directly to customer services and my subscription continues. A warning to those signing up. Be sure you want this as they will continue to take payment from you well after you cancel your subscription. Any help or advice on what I can do to stop this happening welcome.

Was great and notice change with in few weeks

Cancelled my sub in September and ypu still sent goods. Only readon it's stopped is cos my card is out of date. You're still asking for money after l've cancelled !!!!!

Great service in general - quick dispatch of product, and when I had a question, customer service responded to my query straight away. No issues.

I have never received my order which is very frustrating they don’t seem to reply to their emails either. I was asking where my order is and they should give me my money back but no response!! Very unsatisfied!!

Top service always keeps you informed it’s just the cost , not sure will keep my order after the new year .
