Rider never contacted and still keeps putting fake divery and redelivery attempts for a prepaid order.

I have never experienced a courier service worse than DEX. I ordered a product from Jenpharm on September 27, and it was dispatched through DEX on September 30. Today is October 14, and I still haven't received my order.

Whenever I track the parcel, it says “Out for Delivery,” but no one actually delivers it. Even worse, they update the status claiming that the customer refused to accept the order, when nobody even showed up to deliver it or called me. Their own company even called me around midnight and said they would try again, but the same thing happened all over again.

This is extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time. Calling their service a fraud would almost feel like an understatement, not because they have necessarily stolen anything, but because they waste customers' valuable time and leave them waiting for products.

Be careful if you're ordering something that gets shipped through DEX. If a seller tells you they'll send your parcel through this courier, ask them to use another service. Avoid DEX if you can. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Very pathetic service! Rider is to rude even complaint calling centre lady speak to rude can’t receive my parcel yet I also use postEx services their service are to good but very bad experience with Dex

I booked the parcel and printed it slip and took it to the Dex office which was like really far away from my house and then those office people. They rejected the parcel saying this is the an fds parcel and you have to directly submit it to TCS. I submitted it to TCS they accepted it but there is no reflection on my portal or the sales manager's portal and the parcel has gone and is going to be delivered but no payment is going to come. So the guy of the garage shop say that we don't accept FDS parcels at all like you have to do go and submit it to TCS and the sales manager says no. You have to submit it at the daraz office (he told this later after parcel was sent to tcs) and there is some weird ass stuff going on that one says go give them parcel. The other says no we don't take the parcels. What am I supposed to do with these parcels? The worst service ever they may give you like really cheap rates but it's not worth it that you will lose more money than you're trying to save

It takes more than a week to deliver my parcel from lahore to sialkot. For a context, these 2 cities are near. Moreover when i was tracking i saw it was delivered within 3 days to Sialkot facility, but still they didnt delivered it for a week. Its been 2 days since the rider is assigned to my parcel but he didn't come till now. Also i called the rider so many times but he doesn't picks up the calls. Really bad experience.

Such a poor courier service. I don't know why people even use it. They will lie to you and mark the delivery as a failed attempt. Such a disgusting service. People should not use their services.

Unprofessional drivers and useless customer service , I won't recommend them

ordered from AliExpress! Stolen by draz courier dex dot com dot pk/ , tracking shows item is delivered no proof of delivery, not even GPS points of delivery wich should be available from PDA( parcel scanning device personal digital assistant)
