Fantastic speedy service from Dexam, great products. I previously purchased a Dexam teatowel (ferns) from a store. I found its drying qualities excellent, it washes well and looks great in my kitchen. For these reasons when I wanted another effective teatowel (let's be honest, not all teatowels are equal) this ws my obvious choice. I've also purchase an apron in the ferns fabric and a double ended oven glove for my twin who is in dire need of a new set!

After sales service is excellent
Regrettably, I purchased the Dexam wok on August 7th, 2025, and have only used it fewer than 10 times. To my dismay, the coating has been damaged, despite my certainty that I did not scratch it. I expressed my disappointment by emailing customer service, but unfortunately, I have not received a response. Is this how a responsible company should behave?
Update (29Aug): The CS has contacted with me finally and started investigating the issue. They sent me a new replacement and I would like to say thanks to CS (Tom and Donna) because they provided an excellent after-sale service. Even I bought a defected product, Dexam's CS is excellent and professional.
