Took more than a month to get 2 books delivered and I eventually even got just one copy. Very bad delivery and customer care services. On top of it the delivery address was in London!

The watch I bought never arrived because FedEx lost it, I understand it's not Dezeen's fault and they offered me a complete refund so until here everything was ok, the communication with their customer service was good (beside the fact that FedEx lost my watch). But three weeks ago the communication stopped and I haven't received my money back. They no longer answer my emails. I paid it using PayPal so my case is under investigation by them, my hope is that PayPal can get my money back.

The Watch Store has a seemingly nice and well-photographed selection of merchandise.
The watch I purchased was disappointing in person, and for geographical reasons, I would not purchase from Dezeen again as the international return shipping and refund has been a headache. Furthermore, they have an extremely strict return policy that includes that the watch must never had been *tried on*.

The clock doesn't work. Aark's team is trying to resolve the problem, but it's not easy because they are in australia and It take me too much time for this thing.
I hope I'll receive another clock.

I've always had some trepidation buying from online overseas stores. This experience was awesome to say the least. I had only just discovered the store and am really sad its closing down soon after.

They were unable to answer my question about applicable duties outside the country and I ended up spending more than I expected or wanted. The watch is fine, but not worth the amount I paid, I don't think.
