Emily has been nothing but exceptional. She has been very patient with me throughout the whole process. I have felt welcome. Our sales rep was brilliant
Our sales rep was brilliant. He was polite, helpful, he was knowledgeable, attentive but not pushy. Feel like we totally trusted him and his intentions.
Made us feel comfortable and cleverly (but tastefully) moved the sale forwards well.
He was interested in our family as we had a call during the sale.abiit our boy having and accident at nursery. He was thoughtful and mindful.

One sofa turned up burnt …
One sofa turned up burnt on one corner and the delivery team were basically throwing them around and didn't have the tool to put them together definitely not worth the £159 delivery change you have to pay for
