Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Plenty of choice. Answered all our questions and did not rush us. Explained all the optional extras. Just wish they did all their recliners with the fixed option as well.

Felt secure to buy.
I had identified in person and on-line what sofa I wanted. I came into store and was helped to secure the best package for me in a friendly, professional way by Timothy. He made me feel secure in what I was ordering, so much so that I treated myself to two cushions in the same Joules range. Thank you

We always buy our sofa etc from DFS,quality is first class and the service is second to none. Unfortunately we chose the day their internet was having tantrums, not their fault. The whole process took longer than we bargained for but still over the moon with our purchases and the price. Highly recommended.
