We were not rushed at all. Took time to explain everything clearly, so we could understand. Certainly knew his stuff!

Greeted by Louise, We had already been in to try lots of sofas and had pretty much chosen what we wanted but had previously queried an issue with the display sofa which had been resolved as discussed. Louise gave is the time to look and sit to confirm what we wanted to do and was over to us in a flash as soon as we requested help. Not a fan of sale people pressuring us, she understood this completely and gave us the time and space we needed before sitting down to arrange the details. Her explanation of the options available were detailed and valuable. After explaining the aftercare and gels used for fire retardandacy, we purchased your cleaning kit and five year warranty. We were so comfortable with the decisions made that we also bought the bolsters that on our way in we had said we wouldnt! We walked away happy with our purchase and extremely happy with Louise’s service. We have recently purchased some large items from Glasswells in bury st edmunds, who pride themselves on customer care and experience and i can genuinely say that we were far more impressed by DFS and Louise. Thank you so much for making our living room revamp even more special!

We found some sofas we would like. The ladies for dfs. helped us from the sofas we would like them. We have 2 sofas and which we liked.

We had such a great experience buying our new sofa! The whole process was so easy and straightforward from start to finish. The lady who helped us was absolutely lovely, friendly and really helpful without being pushy. She made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable and was there to answer any questions we had. We’re so happy with our new sofa and would definitely recommend! 😊

Rachel greeted us at the front of the store in Bury St Edmunds and provide all the information we needed without being too pushy (although we didn't go for an orange suite!).

We were served by Louise. Pretty much made us feel right at home. She explained the product very well and never one pressured us into a purchase. All had a laugh along the way. She was more than helpful. Very good experience and I'd fully recommend

Staff are amazing - so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They were clear about pricing and offers, without being pushy.

DFS in Bury St Edmunds has been by far the best to deal with over the last2 days going to different stores. Matt and Rachel were brilliant,never pushy,left us to try out sofas, and very helpful when needed. Can't recommend enough,nice to have sales people without the usual nonsense.
