DFS Furniture - Carcroft Reviews 

I cannot recommend DFS enough. This is the 3rd time I have purchased something from the Carcroft branch. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy. Our sales associate Lauren was outstanding. Her knowledge and care for our needs was exemplary. The guarantees are worth the piece of mind.

First visit there and was greeted with a lovely smile. Asked us if there was anything specific that we were looking for. Had a walk round to give us ideas for our home. Finally got what we were looking for. Lauren the lovely sales lady was brilliant. Advice on materials cleaning products etc. left up to us to decide and what insurance we needed etc. No pushing ( like some sales people). Gave us time to think and make a decision. Brilliant place do clean and tidy. Just brilliant 🤩

The sales person was friendly and informative from start.
Our questions were all answered, and the process was completed quickly.

We were looking for a specific 3 pce suite and, after an initial complementary introduction by a friendly staff member, we were left to make our own decision without being disturbed or harassed by any staff which was greatly appreciated. After finally choosing 2 products we sought a staff member (Joe in our case) to give us the full information pack on each of the products to aid our selection, which ultimately whittled the choice down to the product we eventually ordered on a repeat visit with Shannon

He was very kind and spent a lot of time helping us to make the decision. The was no pressure to decide and overall he made it a very pleasant experience

Lauren was terrific she explained everything to us pointed out different styles for us and gave us time to try out sofas and look without any pressure. Once we had decided she went through all our options. She took customer service to the next level.

We have been DFS customers for over 35 years and have always trusted the build quality and customer service received.
Last Saturday I visited the Carcroft shop to buy a new suite for my daughter and while there I also bought 2 chairs for my mother.
We were greeted with a beautiful smile by a very professional and knowledgable sales assistant called Lauren.
We soon found what we wanted and the sales process went smoothly without a hitch, coffee in hand we finished the paperwork in a very relaxed manner.

Staff at Carcroft were really helpful and friendly helping us find the right sofa for our living space.

We first went in on the 13/08/2026 and was seen by a guy named Andy who was absolutely brilliant.
The guy that dealt with us this evening was also really good.
Customer service at the store is fantastic.

Possibly one of the nicest retail experiences I’ve had.
From the moment we walked in the door, it was nice to not be pestered by a sales person - we found a member of staff once we’d had a wander round and found a few sofa’s we were interested in.

Matt was really helpful in answering the questions we had, and sent us all the information we needed to be able to go away and double check measurements etc…

Upon returning, we asked to deal with Matt as he knew what we had discussed previously. He made the buying experience super easy and had a good laugh whilst we were at it!

Overall we were super happy with our experience and can’t wait to receive our new sofa!

Very poor customer service ,

Been and bought a new sofa today, really happy with the purchase and the member of staff who dealt with us was really lovely. She explained everything really well and was very friendly and helpful. Will always use dfs, the best place to buy sofas

The women that had just started in Doncaster Carcroft (can’t remember her name sorry ) was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Helped us decide colours and explained everything really well to us. Lauren was also a great help when in store.
