Usless .. delivery date was put back a month,,footstool broke they sent someone out to repair he done it and it broke again before he put his key in van,they ordered me a new one which turned up wrong size and marks all over the cream material,, been waiting for nearly 10 month for a new one and its still not here..next step trading standards

DFS in Colchester
I visited DFS in Colchester today and was served by the lovely Elaine. She was really helpful and explained all of the options of sizes, material, colours etc.
I purchased the Arundel furniture and looking forward to taking delivery in November.
Fabulous service and would definitely recommend.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service, easy to order, everything explained. The staff member who served us was really good welcoming friendly and even got my 2 children well teenager and man child a hot chocolate. Everything was double checked to make sure it was all correct.

A great experience all round.
I loved that we were not followed around by a sales person. When we arrived he introduced himself and let us know where he would be if we had any questions. He was accessible, but not overbearing. He made us a lovely cup of tea and coffee.
The showroom looked very clean and inviting.
