I had a great experience today purchasing Sofa from DFS Alvis retail park. The staff were welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. We were allowed to look around without feeling pressured and felt totally relaxed. We were also surprised at the amount of different styles of suites available compaired to other retailers. Steve talked us through all the options and guarantees and really made us feel welcome. He was easy to talk to and made it a pleasent experience and we were happy to do a deal with him.

Calm and unrushed experience without any pressure
We were left to have a good look around the showrooms, without a salesperson following us around and only when we had been sat contemplating and discussing our options were we approached and asked if we needed any help. The young sales assistant was lovely, very helpful without putting us under any pressure to make decisions. She gave us all the options for purchase through finance and talked to us about other options such as additional items to match the range and also protection options, and gave us as much time as we needed to think things through.
