Excellent sales associate
Excellent sales associate. We viewed all the furniture in store was approached by an associate, Wayne, I believe. We said we needed more time to view. He asked if we'd narrowed down our choice, which we had. He was very polite, not pushy at all (which I hate, I'd have left the store if he was) friendly too. Once we had made our decision he came and talked us through everything. From care of furniture, even to the slders we required as we have wooden flooring. We asked questions that he answered straight away. So we paid and left happy. Just waiting on delivery now. That will be 23/8/26. They have kept us updated throughout, we had to change our delivery day. Received a msg 2 days in advance with our time slot. So hoping all goes well with that.

Derby DFS and we spoke to Tasinah who was very nice. She sorted us out nicely with our new sofa for delivery in about a week. This to replace a previous DFS sofa from 2017 but the one we have ordered is not quite as long so will give us easier options to move it around in our room.
