We loved the fact that we weren't hounded and followed around by a sales person. The sales person who spoke with us just checked in every now and again. They were polite, and very pleasant as well as very professional. The level of customer service was very good

The staff member was very helpful and friendly from the moment we walked in. Her product knowledge was excellent. Overall an excellent experience.

All in all a hassle free purchase of what we wanted. That's why we keep going back.

We’ve just been in looking for a new pair of sofas and we were really impressed with the service we received. The lad who helped us was lovely from start to finish — friendly, professional and clearly very experienced.

He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, explained all the different options really clearly and made sure we understood everything before making a decision. Nothing felt rushed or pressured, and he was more than happy to answer all our questions.
It’s not often you come across someone who is genuinely helpful and knowledgeable, so we really appreciated his time and the way he looked after us. He’s a real credit to the company and deserves recognition for the excellent service he provided.

The salesman Patrick was really good and very helpful, we knew what we wanted and Patrick gives a breakdown of everyway which we could have the sofa in question.He gave us time to think and never pushed us into anything, he explained everything perfectly which suited our needs,I would highly recommend going to dfs they make you feel listened to rather than pushed into.

I bought a sofa with a do not deliver date until I moved into my new home. Was given a slot that worked for me once I had moved in. On the date of delivery I was rang after the given delivery slot to be informed my sofa had been put on the wrong wagon going to the other end of the country and that the quickest I could get my sofa would be another week later. To rub salt into the wound I was congratulated on my new sofa (which was not delivered) and asked to fill a survey out about my delivery experience. Sofa delivered one week later, feel delivery men could have been more friendly and sofa care kit was not delivered. Rang customer care team multiple times and were no help. Went into store and spoke to a team member who agreed to refund delivery, this never happened and had to ring customer care a few more times about refund. Eventually the sales woman who helped me buy my sofa and was the only positive part of this whole experience rang me back and apologised and confirmed I would be refunded. Still waiting on care kit to be delivered and it has now been 5 weeks since sofa delivered. This whole experience has put me off ever buying a product from this company again.
