The service was brilliant
The service was brilliant, the lady explained everything. One bug bear was on a previous visit we sat on our proposed new sofa, good price we were well happy. Sadly the gentleman burst our bubble by putting up the price by a hundred pound right in front of us. At that time the sale was lost and we left, price you see was not what the truth.

On entering the store
On entering the store, a lovely young store assistant called Paige approached my wife and I and asked if we needed any assistance. We said yes please. She gave us all the information about a sofa we wanted to purchase, which helped us make our decision. We made a purchase which was conducted very smoothly. My wife and I were offered a hot drink while completing our purchase.
All in all, a great experience.

Wrong sofa delivered
Wrong sofa delivered, covered in holes and missing electric cables and headrest.
Was also a sticker on it as someone else’s faulty return which they’ve tried to fob off on someone else. Store very unhelpful, said I would have to wait for a replacement- fair enough. When it came to arranging delivery for the replacement I was told I should be lucky and thankful someone else’s order had been cancelled to bring my replacement forward.
Rude staff, who just say it’s not there issue in the shop.
