There was no pressure from the staff when l was looking round the store but were always attentive to make sure l was ok The assistant named Lucy was helpful when l purchased the furniture l wanted and made my experience with DFS a friendly experience.

Spent a happy morning …
I spent a happy morning sitting on just about all the sofas in the showroom. Reis let us know that he’d be there when we’d made a choice. I was impressed with the amount of choice on offer and finally decided to treat myself to a soft leather reclining sofa . Reis explained everything very well as he took my order. He was well informed, polite and efficient. He was a very pleasant to deal with and DFS should be proud of him. Many thanks Reis. I can’t wait for my sofa to arrive! 😊

Unpressured furniture purchase
We were greeted on arrival but left to ourselves to browse and were not pestered by any sales people. When we were ready to look at purchasing a new sofa and chair I approached one of the staff, Nigel, who was polite and courteous but not pushy. He told us what was on offer and gave us a good deal on the furniture that we liked making us fully aware of costs, availability and delivery time.
