an absolute pleasure
I was greeted by a lovely young lady called Adriana who was very helpful with me with what I was looking for.i then made a purchase through a staff member named Rowan who guided me through the whole ordering process and made it so simple and straightforward.i dont think either of the staff could have been more helpful if they tried.it was a pleasure to shop there and I can't praise both Rowan and Adriana enough

Clarissa our sales lady was amazing and patient with us , offering hot and cold drinks, we bought our sofa, chair and footstool combo with confidence she even managed to sell me the conditioner! And we went back for the insurance before leaving the store!

The lady who served us, was really friendly and welcoming, without being pushy at all. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to answer all of our questions. She made the whole experience really enjoyable and we couldn’t have asked for better service.

We knew what we wanted when we went into the store. Steve approached us and asked if he could help us. It was a relatively quick transaction helped by the fact we were given time on our own to decide and not pestered with irrelevant information. All our questions were answered along with some useful advice.
