Great browsing hour…
Greeted by a very friendly man who asked what I was looking for today, I had a list of suites I wanted to look at, he knew exactly where they all were in the store, another colleague offered a tape measure which was invaluable as I needed to compare sizes to what I already had at home. Was left to peruse at leisure without being hounded to make a decision but was readily available to answer my questions, I felt very comfortable and relaxed, after trying several suites I made my choice, the man was very knowledgeable and explained everything, well done!
