Really relaxed and easy process. Didn't feel "salesy" nothing pushed. Not recieved the couch yet but selection and sale was an smooth process. Grant was particularly nice and took the time to sit and chat with no pressure. Nice guy!

A real joy, great experience
Absolutely amazing, we have been looking around for a sofa for sometime now.. we had seen something online so decided to call into the Preston branch.. Well we couldn’t be happier the young sales gentleman was Superb, he was knowledgeable and a joy to talk with, helpful beyond his years.
We purchased a Sofa and were delighted with his service. A real credit to DFS and that store. We called in on 18/8/26 around 6.30/7pm unfortunately we can’t remember his name.

We were allowed to wander freely throughout the store until we reached the point where we had decided. At that point we found a member of staff who was excellent in the way in the way he dealt with us and we were very happy customers as we left!!
