I wanted to share some positive feedback on my first time experience at DFS Sidcup.
I wanted to share some positive feedback about Joseph at the DFS Sidcup branch. He was incredibly helpful when I was choosing a sofa, taking the time to talk through the different options, fabrics, and sizes so I could make the right choice for my home, without ever feeling rushed or pressured. When a delivery issue came up afterwards, Joseph was just as helpful, staying on top of it and keeping me informed until it was sorted out properly.
It's rare to find someone who combines genuine product knowledge with that level of care for the customer, both before and after the sale. Joseph is a real credit to your team, and I'd be grateful if you could pass on my thanks to him.

Helen was an excellent customer service advisor with a lot of patience and despite the recommendations of what my son and I wanted or did not want came to a compromise in buying a sofa. We were given excellent advice on the new sofa which was purchased.
