My experience is that you have fantastic staff, when I was ready the gentleman who had welcomed me into the store introduced me to a member of staff called Johnny, he was brilliant. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, answered all my questions. When I finally made my decision on the sofas I wanted I couldn't have been happier. Our family had a great experience & given best customer service from Mitesh. We been given all the information about the sofa & also about sofa care. we bought the sofa with extra 5 years care and Eaziglide so we can move it easily.
