We had a great experience buying our new couch. The blonde sale assistant, unfortunately I can’t remember her name, was so attentive and had great advice! Can’t thank her enough.

Absolutely fantastic service at DFS Speke. We needed to add to an order which was originally made 2019. Our sales advisor helped us find the perfect match accent chair in the exact same fabric to add to a now discontinued range. We couldn’t be happier. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from DFS Speke and would have no hesitation placing a 4th order. Sofas that stand the test of time with excellent customer service. Perfect.

Calum the sales person who assisted us in choosing right product he is so knowledgable on products available. He didn’t give hard pressure sales that we experienced from other furniture suppliers, this can be so off putting. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he ensured he had explained finance terms available, delivery process and covered guarantee terms. Have experienced various levels of customer service and appreciated how Calum took time to go over details we were unsure of and answered all questions confidentially. He is such a valuable asset to DFS and purchasing products was such a pleasant experience.

I have been to DFS for the last 3 suites and was always happy. This time your representative Sue made the whole visit more personal without being ever present. Sue made the purchase so straightforward.

We thought Darren was brilliant. He was very knowledgeable about the different furniture and options available to us in the Mersy Retail Park store. We would definitely recommend DFS to our family and friends.
