Absolutely brilliant service from Alan at DFS! He was so helpful from start to finish when helping me choose my new sofa. He was friendly, patient and really took the time to make sure I was happy with my choice without making me feel pressured at all.
Alan also made the finance process so easy and straightforward and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience completely stress-free.
I’m so pleased with my sofa and really appreciate all of Alan’s help. He is a credit to DFS and deserves to be recognised for his excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend asking for Alan if you’re looking for a sofa! 😊

Our visit to Dfs was delightful we were greeted by an amazing lady named Jackie who was polite, knowledgeable and catered for our needs.
She allowed us to explore the wide verity of sofas and once decided the process was really easy being transparent and accurate with her explanations of the transaction.
Jackie is a credit to Dfs and would highly recommend DFS Stockport.

Ellis who was looking after us was very knowledgeable
Ellis who was looking after us was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He made us feel relaxed, like we were just chilling at home! We could've sat and talked all day. He sorted us out with what we needed, he wasn't forceful, or pushy, he gave us options and we chose what was best for us. We will be bck defo. Ellis is a cool guy go check him out. Thank u;)

Very pleasent visit
The second we walked through the door we were welcomed and then left to look around at our own pace. There is nothing worse than being harassed the second you walk through the door. The salesman was on call if we needed him and believe me we did. We must of asked hundreds of questions and he was only to happy to help. We asked questions what must of sounded stupid but he was very professional and helped us with whatever we wanted . Our over all visit was very pleasant and we were made to feel very welcomed. Not sure what the name was of the saleman was but he deserves a mention. Thank you

Amazing experience!
It was such an enjoyable, easy experience buying a sofa at DFS. Anthony was extremely helpful with all his knowledge about the sofa and the process of buying the sofa. He fully understood my financial situation and gave us support in the most affordable way for us. I will definitely return to DFS in the future. The staff are lovely and the products and customisation process is amazing!

ARRIVE LATE AND DAMAGE
**ARRIVED LATE AND WITH DAMAGE - NO CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE **
Arriving late, over 3 weeks late, the store had nothing but excuses and lies. Customer service was unhelpful and rude on the phone, useless on the chat and unresponsive via email, including when a formal complaint was filed.
-Arrived almost a month late (due 8/7 arrived 27/7_
-Arrived DAMAGED (we have pictures and videos)
- Ignored a formal complaint
Honestly we regret it so much, there many other shops, please learn from our experience
