Very bad service..

Very bad service... I did't receive my purchased items!! I have been writing 5 complaints, and i have not even got a response... Never buy anything from DFS in JFK International airport !!!

Complete absence of customer care

Bonus-driven salesmen who know nothing about the products they sell and tell a pack of lies to get you to sign on the dotted line. Use the premise that everthing is made to order to get out of offering any sort of customer satisfaction/after sales service.

had 3 delivery guys turn up

had 3 delivery guys turn up. said thats good 3 of you will make it easier to lift over he fence as explained to salesman and delivery bloke on phone... black dleivery man said fuk that im not lifting anything over a fence and walked off..other 2 said yes its fine. went round back. he started moaning again so main bloke told him to go sit in the cab so he did. the other 2 couldnt have helped more.i tipped then but made sure it was for them 2 only

3rd UPDATE 12 MONTHS OF LIVING HELL WITH LYING DFS

LIES, LIES & more LIES from DFS. History, 1st review 15-8-18 2nd review 29-8-18 3rd review 5-9-18 to which we recieved the DFS reply on 5-11-18 stating they would be more than happy to answer any questions, but again did not have our order details. We gave them a call on 12-11-18 and gave all the order details and was told all our questions from our last review would be answered in full within 48 hours and sent to us. By 23-11-18 we had not recieved anything from DFS so we gave them another call this time to be told, as we had recieved a full refund they had nothing else that they were prepared to say. Typical DFS put one thing in print for all to see trying to make out that they are a caring company but state the opposite out of site. If you take note a large amout of DFS Trustpilot good reviews are made before people have recieved their goods and the bad reviews are after the goods have arrived and the problems started to which DFS try every dirty trick in the book to get out of their responsibility. We have also noticed that only good reviews are given as a verified order ? WHY. Buying from DFS can DAMAGE your HEALTH and WALLET when things go wrong. They can be beat if you stick at them LIKE WE DID.

Bought a painting fir over £460…

Bought a painting for over £460 fighting hard to get a refund, despite returning it to store within a hour of getting it home. Having to get my credit card to force a refund. Dfs keep passing you on to different numbers that end up being one call centre its a disgrace

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Ongoing issue with my "genuine" Italian leather. I am so fed up. To the point of being upset. Leather peeled within first week. They re painted it. Haooened again bit this time all over. Absolutely sick of chasing this up. Manager called to house to inspect and his attitude was absolutely disgusting. Even walked out of my house smiling and whistling to wind me up?! Never got an apology for it even though emailed the manager. Waiting three weeks to hear back from them about my issue. I'm going to go to trading standards. I'm fed up.

Honestly I've never received such bad…

Honestly I've never received such bad customer service from a company lied to past round from pillow to post given false information and then to top things off I call their customer service department at 4.45pm and was told by their staff as they close at 5pm they can't take my call/complaint

From this just spoke to Jason at the Bolton store who's suposidly a sales manager was laughing down the phone at me when I questioning him and challenging his feedback!!!!!

Just had another call this time with Holly a 'customer service manager' who again basically just stuck up for Jason at the store and the minute I asked her something she's didn't like for example would she have a flat sofs after a month for her to say she's not allowed to say yes or no.

Basically be careful once dfs have your money they don't care or just want more money of you

Not good....rip off

Not good..... damaged good delivered .... cheap repairs offered .... Custer service terrible I feel ripped off and appalled at the after service we have received

Company sales people lie to your face…

Company sales people lie to your face and then will deny it. i would recommend that if you are purchasing anything from this company get everything the sales person says in writing.

we purchased two sofa's paid cash (big mistake) they were delivered today, with no scatter cushions, returned to the shop and were told that sofa's we purchased did not come with cushions but that we could buy these separately, when we spoke to the sales person he denied telling us three times when we were making our purchase that these sofa's came with the cushions. They have also told us that because we paid cash we have no right to getting our money back so we are now contacting citizens advice and trading standards to try and get our money back.
totally disgusted by the shop based at the Metro Centre Gateshead . Highly recommend you do not use

Appallingand incompetent

Appalling customer service and incompetent staff! Avoid the Tottenham Court Road store and DFS at all costs. Conflicting site survey, delayed delivery, poor communication all round, and finally wrong order delivered. When complaining to the store manager he was agressive and patronising. He told me it was “pointless” and a “waste (of) my time” to complain to head office, it turns out that he was right!

DFS just don’t bother

Crappy customer service for an online order. Delivery was cancelled because of the snow and have to wait another week. Dfscare on Twitter don’t really care and just give empty worded apologies. Should have gone to Barker and Stonehouse
