Far from being quality cars!

Purchased an Insignia from them end of April that was far from being "Quality"!
Retured the vehicle on the day of collection to them due to faulty aircon and 2nd turbo not working. They did repair the faults but they scratched the bumper/headlight in doing so. Coat zip scratches that are easy to avoid.

Unrecorded panel damage. Poor paint repair job on the rear of the car that I missed when collecting the vehicle.
The Cambelt replacement was 3 years overdue (they were not even bothered about this)
The oil pump seal needed replacing.
Needed new disks and pads all around.
Claimed to have serviced the vehicle but the dirty air filter was removed from the vehicle on the day of delivery (replacment was due on that service).
The boost pressure control valve failed.
Leaking coolant from the radiator. Replacement required.
They reconditioned the alloy wheels. It seems a child might have done this as the paint has run all over the place.
Boot light fixing missing.
Broken parcel shelf.

I will admit that I have not contacted them about the issues as the damaged caused by the previous repairs has made me reluctant to trust them again still, It still deserves feedback.

They replace faulty parts from other cars in stock if you spot a fault.

They make you sign a waiver saying that you will not pursue them for faults after 30 days. An attempt to remove your consumer rights that is unfair contract and would never standup in court anyway.
