We had a problem with our conservatory roof when it dropped about 2 Inches.
The company that I stalled it went bust just days after I reported the fault.
I contacted DGCOS and at their request I forwarded all the paperwork I had to them.
Cathryn sorted out a surveyor to carry out an examination.
After the examination the work was approved to be done under the insurance cover.
The work was carried out to a high standard and we cannot thank Cathryn and DGCOS enough first class work and would highly recommend DGCOS.

From the moment the installer of our conservatory was asked to carry out the work, communication from this company was swift and straightforward. Once the work was completed, we received the documents quickly. It gave us peace of mind to have the works safeguarded and was one of the reasons we chose the installer at the start of the process.

The company are easy to deal with and appointments are kept. You can ask any questions and they are open and actually proud of the company. My job was not straightforward but they did a good job. The door wasn't cheap but I am really pleased with it.

After having our windows and doors installed and the installer ceasing trading, we experienced many issues with the installation. We honestly thought that we would be left to pick up the pieces of poor workmanship. However, upon receipt of the insurance DGCOS became involved and after many emails Hippco a window and door installer were instructed to come along and reseal all our windows and doors both inside and out.
A professional company and the whole experience has restored my windows to how they should have been fitted in the first place. Would highly recommend to anyone and certainly would use HIPPCO again should the need arise

Excellent company , we recently had a garage conversion , bedroom and shower room. The staff were professional , informative , supported us from first point of enquiry with Jemma in the office, to the finished build . Darren and his team were fabulous, all the staff on site were , respectful , considerate and professional. They always arrived on time, worked hard and tided up at the end of the day . The quality of the works are excellent, and we highly recommend them , we won’t hesitate in using the company in the future . Thank you to the team .
