Should be no stars! Lost a package, never ever bothered to contact us back - had to get a refund from EBay. Then ordered from Apple and the driver rang for 2 seconds, I missed the call as was busy. Rang back and told me I missed it that the package would be delivered sometime tomorrow with no indication as to when so I could be there to sign for it. Companies should boycott DHL as the are the worst delivery company going.

Sir sounds like a robot and just not giving any information except the information I can see by myself in the tracking, unwilling to escalate my problem and just hang up on me because he didn't know what to say.

Great service, on time, nice courier, parcel intact.

My package was misplaced and being calling for a week now and all I get is someone will call me back and they will look for the package. Clearly they have lost the package in Dublin and yet no accountability. This is after paying the tax with lots of euro lost in goods.
They are a sham company with a poor customer service.

Drivers failing to collect parcels. Drivers failing to scan parcels therefore, no traceability. Ineffective customer service. The list could go on and on. In fact, I would say DHL is a shambles from top management down. A total disgrace of a company.

Drivers seem incapable of reading simple addresses, either that or they claim to need address clarification as an excuse not to deliver on the stated day, disastrous, would never knowingly order something that is to be delivered by DHL, if they’re the only option I buy elsewhere.

Delivered my items to the incorrect address 2 days ago and still no update savers is slow and unhelpful

My parcel wasn't delivered to my home as requested, instead the driver left my parcel at a post office 30 km away from my house.
I asked DHL to retrieve my parcel and deliver it to my house, and they agreed to deliver it the next day. After 3 days I still haven't got my parcel.

Ordered an item from Australia to Ireland. Import fees were calculated however DHLs fees for handling customs was quite high at €14.50. €10 or less seems quite reasonable but €14.50 seems very high. However delivery was extremely quick after paying fees.

I had a shipment from the Netherlands. It's been 10 days now and no delivery yet. They are searching for my 50 kg shipment now. I am disappointed with the service provided

Well what can I say suppliers that we buy from need to stop using DHL as a delivery company cause the address is never completed properly so delivery is stated out for delivery then 1/2 way through day. Oh sorry can’t deliver due to incorrect address this is the 4th time it has happened now companies change delivery service

Worst delivery company ever! Try stay away

Ordered stuff last week arrived damaged and empty, contacted the shipper they sent me out replacement products DHL send my replaced products to a completed different address once again obviously the person didn’t order my parcel so they declined and now DHL have sent my delivery back once again even though they can’t read addresses correctly!

Fast,easy to request what you need,trustworthy.

Do not use at all, terrible service, scanned in Germany 13th July and no more movement. No contact amd No satisfaction. Avoid at all costs.

For the second time driver instead of delivering package under my adress choose to deliver to the serivce point!!!! Coz obviusly his decision is more important than mine, person who paid for delivery.

delivery from amazon. Text said before 6pm. chose option to deliver to service point. approx 5.30pm saw a van pull up, man got with a package. went to the front door and found the package on the doorstep and man walking back to the van. Did not ring the doorbell. If i had not seen the van arrive the package would have remained on the doorstep in full view of any passersby.

Thanks DHL for delivering a box of veg three weeks late. I guess I'll pop that in the bin for you.
What a joke! It's labeled fresh produce, next day delivery, but why not have me dispose of it.

For your package, it's more simple to just turn around and leve. 25€ express delivery gone to waste with this company and hate to deal with them.... and yes it happened few times already

Every encounter I have with DHL is a bad one, customer service thinking that DE is Denmark and not Germany, not receiving shipping updates for upwards of 72 hours, still paying on Amazon for delivery fees yet being told DHL take 8-10 business days (they don't deliver on weekends) from Germany to Ireland. Avoid at all costs
