Should be no stars! Lost a package, never ever bothered to contact us back - had to get a refund from EBay. Then ordered from Apple and the driver rang for 2 seconds, I missed the call as was busy. Rang back and told me I missed it that the package would be delivered sometime tomorrow with no indication as to when so I could be there to sign for it. Companies should boycott DHL as the are the worst delivery company going.

My package was misplaced and being calling for a week now and all I get is someone will call me back and they will look for the package. Clearly they have lost the package in Dublin and yet no accountability. This is after paying the tax with lots of euro lost in goods.

DHL are incompetent and unprofessional, avoid using this company.
My parcel wasn't delivered to my home as requested, instead the driver left my parcel at a post office 30 km away from my house.
I asked DHL to retrieve my parcel and deliver it to my house, and they agreed to deliver it the next day. After 3 days I still haven't got my parcel.
High Import Costs
Ordered an item from Australia to Ireland. Import fees were calculated however DHLs fees for handling customs was quite high at €14.50. €10 or less seems quite reasonable but €14.50 seems very high. However delivery was extremely quick after paying fees.

Text said before 6pm. chose option to deliver to service point. approx 5.30pm saw a van pull up, man got with a package. went to the front door and found the package on the doorstep and man walking back to the van. Every encounter I have with DHL is a bad one, customer service thinking that DE is Denmark and not Germany, not receiving shipping updates for upwards of 72 hours, still paying on Amazon for delivery fees yet being told DHL take 8-10 business days (they don't deliver on weekends) from Germany to Ireland. Avoid at all costs
